PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Purpose:
To guide participants in releasing self-doubt, fear of judgment, and people-pleasing patterns so they can reconnect with their authentic selves.
Approach:
Each week focuses on clearing one core belief often formed in childhood or early life — experiences that may not have been traumatic but were emotionally impactful. Through EFT Tapping and the Rapid Stress Release program, participants gently release old conditioning and reconnect with their true selves.
