Course Summary

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Purpose:

To guide participants in releasing self-doubt, fear of judgment, and people-pleasing patterns so they can reconnect with their authentic selves.

Approach:

Each week focuses on clearing one core belief often formed in childhood or early life — experiences that may not have been traumatic but were emotionally impactful. Through EFT Tapping and the Rapid Stress Release program, participants gently release old conditioning and reconnect with their true selves.

Structure:

  • 75-minute live group session each week (including 30–40 minutes of guided tapping)
  • Between-session activities for reflection and integration
  • Rapid Stress Release exercises for continued clearing
  • Weekly Audio Tap-Alongs aligned with each theme

Between-Session Practice:

  • Rapid Stress Release: Being Seen & Standing in My Truth
  • Audio Tap-Along: Feeling Stuck
  • Journal Reflection: “What feels different in me now?”
  • Integration: Create three intentions for living as your true self.
