Nothing is wrong, yet this careful way of being can slowly shrink life through small moments where you do not fully show up as yourself.

Beneath the exhaustion, what remains is not brokenness, but a quiet longing for ease, softness, and a return to what feels true without effort or fear.

Hi, I’m Ali. With 37 years of experience supporting people, and 19 years as an EFT Practitioner and Master Accredited Trainer, I have guided thousands in releasing self-doubt, emotional and physical pain, and limiting beliefs.

This work is deeply personal to me. I have walked this path myself, processing embedded emotions and trauma, and I know firsthand how profoundly healing it is when the body feels safe, seen, and supported.

Week 1: Creating Safety & Self-Awareness, Seeing the Pattern

Theme: Feeling safe enough to begin
Limiting Belief: “It’s not safe to be myself.”
Process: This week focuses on creating emotional and nervous-system safety. Through grounding, breathwork, and gentle EFT tapping, participants begin to explore self-doubt and fear of judgment.
Outcomes: Participants feel safer in their bodies and more able to acknowledge where they’ve been holding back their true selves.
Between-Session Practices:
Rapid Stress Release: Fear of Being Judged or Rejected
Audio Tap-Along: Fear of Being Yourself

Stillness Practice: Hand on heart, deep breath, repeat: “It’s safe to be me.”

Week 2: Releasing the Roots of Self-Doubt, Unlearning the Rules

Theme: Unlearning conditioning and people-pleasing
Limiting Belief: “I must please others to be accepted.”
Process: Participants explore how people-pleasing developed as a survival response using EFT, somatic awareness, and reflection.
Outcomes: Increased awareness of people-pleasing and greater self-acceptance.

Week 3: Self-Compassion & Inner Support, Quieting the Inner Critic

Process: This week focuses on softening the inner critic and releasing perfectionism through EFT and compassionate self-dialogue.
Outcomes: Greater self-compassion and reduced self-judgment.

Process: This week focuses on nervous-system regulation and meeting pressure with kindness rather than effort.
Outcomes: Increased calm and deeper self-compassion.
Between-Session Practices:

Week 6: Integration & Embodiment, Living as Your True Self

Process: This final week integrates everything uncovered and embodied through EFT and meditation.
Outcomes: Participants feel more at home in themselves and able to live authentically.
